Privacy policy

What Audilogue keeps, and what it does not

Effective 1 October 2026. Draft for legal review before publishing.

Short version: we keep your account, the documents you turn into audio, and how much you have used. Your voice never leaves your phone. We do not sell data, show ads, or track you across other apps.

What we collect

Who processes it for us

We run on a small number of providers, each under their own security terms: Supabase (accounts and the catalogue database), Modal (the servers that make the audio), Cloudflare (audio file storage and this website), Fireworks AI (the models that rewrite text and answer questions; they process the text and do not train on it), Resend (account emails), and Apple (payments). None of them may use your content for anything but providing the service to you.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Deleting a title removes its audio and text from your phone and our servers. Deleting your account (Profile, gear, Delete account) removes everything, including the account itself, right away. Unconfirmed sign-ups are removed automatically after a day.

What we do not do

Children

Audilogue is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your choices

You can export your notes by email at any time, delete any title, download nothing you did not make, and delete your account in the app. Questions or requests: hello@audilogue.com.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the app will tell you before the change takes effect.
